How to apply?

Master's students
Online application for international students International students who want to apply for the International Master's programmes can apply online by using our online application system. Our online application system allows you to fill in your personal details, programme details and to upload the required documents (see list of documents below). Who should apply online?
- Students who do not have the Dutch nationality nor long term residence in the Netherlands
- All student who are seeking admission on the basis of a foreign degree (irrespective of their nationality)
Dutch students or students with long term residence who want to enrol in an Interntional Master's programme on the basis of a degree obtained in the Netherlands, need to register trough Studylink. To be able to succesfully register, students need to get admission from the Examination Board of the Master's programme they want to apply for. More information (in Dutch).
Exchange students
What to do?
First check if you are a student of one of our partner universities. If you are, contact the international relations office of your faculty or university to get nominated here. After nomination, we will send you an application package by email. Once you have been accepted, you can apply for accommodation (deadline 1 May or 1 November).
If you are not a student of one of our partner universities, you can apply here as free mover. This option is only open to students with good motivation, English proficiency and study results. We can only consider your application if we have places left over. Please contact the international relations officer if you are interested.
