In this presentation the concept of mother-child dialogue as a secure base will be presented. Adressed will be how mother-child dialogues are assessed and data from dyads in longitudinal low risk sample and in high risk samples including children in therapeutic preschool, mothers who were severely abused as children and children in foster care will be presented.
Nina Koren-Karie is senior lecturer at the Faculty of Social Welfare and Health Studies, University of Haifa.
